Editorial policy

entei-cl publishes independent informational notes about mobile networks in Chile. This page states how the text is produced and what we refuse to do.

1. Purpose

The site exists to explain mechanisms: radio, spectrum, infrastructure, geography, and international capacity. It does not exist to sell access, devices, or installation work.

2. Sources

We prefer public regulation, widely observed engineering practice, and measurements a reader can repeat. When a figure is uncertain or changes often — for example a league-table speed — we describe the method instead of inventing a current nationwide number.

3. Language

We avoid unverifiable marketing words such as “official,” “guaranteed,” “100% safe,” or “best.” We do not invent authors, awards, certificates, or testimonials.

4. Independence

entei-cl is not an operator, a reseller, or a regulator. Naming a public network or SUBTEL as context is not an endorsement and not a partnership.

5. Corrections

Factual corrections can be sent to [email protected]. Material changes update the “Updated” date on the page.

6. Advertising destinations

If someone reaches this site from an advertisement, they should find the same publisher, the same contact details, and the same informational purpose shown here. We do not cloak a commercial service behind an article.

7. What a revision looks like

A typo fix may not change the visible date. A change to a mechanism, a band description, or a measurement protocol will. If you quote a page, include the “Updated” line you saw.

8. Photographs

Images illustrate terrain, plant, and working paper. They are not live pictures of a named operator’s compound unless a caption says so. Atmospheric photographs still carry a short text alternative.

9. Advertising and the destination

An advertisement that points here should describe an informational atlas, not a shop. The header, footer, and disclaimer repeat the same publisher. We do not switch the purpose of the site after a click.

11. Independence from named networks

The publisher name entei-cl is an editorial mark. It is not a mobile operator and is not affiliated with Entel, SUBTEL, or any commercial network. Public names appear as context for a mechanism, not as partners.

12. What a reader can expect after an advertisement

The same header, the same footer, the same address, and the same refusal to sell access. If a click promised a shop, the destination is still this atlas. That mismatch would be the advertisement’s error, not a hidden storefront on this host.
