A useful message names the page URL, quotes the sentence that looks wrong or unclear, and says what you observed on the street if the question is about a mechanism. “The site is slow” without a place, a time, or a domestic-versus-overseas split is hard to answer without inventing a story.
We can discuss a correction, an accessibility barrier, or a citation. We cannot diagnose a single apartment as a coverage survey, open a ticket with an operator, or take a payment. If the mail asks for a plan, a SIM, or an installation, the answer will be that those services do not exist here.

Do not use the number to report an outage to an operator. Those reports belong with the company on the SIM or with the public channels that company publishes.
